This chutney base can be converted into Dahi Pudina chutney and Mayo Mint chutney. Mint is very cooling and aids in digestion and breathing. All the leaves (mint, coriander and curry leaves) have very powerful antioxidant properties which is very important these days. Next for seasoning, heat a pan with oil, mustard seeds, split blackgram lentils, asafoetida and curry leaves. Add water as needed and transfer to a bowl.
